Main responsibilities

You will join a team of strong software engineers that lead full cycle development of middleware solutions which are enabling I4.0 Digital Transformation for a wide range of industries we serve.

This includes highly reliable and scalable edge communication services which connects enterprise's IT and OT (Operational Technology) areas, cloud with on-premise systems.

You will be part of devising brand new edge connectors for major cloud platforms, which allow plant to cloud connectivity to support various scenarios from process monitoring and control to machine learning and artificial intelligence.

On this position you will be responsible for the design and development of IOT Edge connectors, of configuration web applications (both the front-end and back-end sides), from prototyping the UI to functional and professional look and feel, combining successfully a multitude of technologies and programming languages with a can-do attitude in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Area of responsibility:

  • Development of IIOT Edge Connectors for Azure, AWS, Siemens Industrial Edge
  • Development of web applications for connectors configuration
  • Manage Full Life-Cycle Software Development
  • Perform technical reviews and testing
  • CI/CD
  • Facilitate technical collaboration

Necessary skills

  • HTML/ CSS coding (website content styling and design)
  • Server-side and back-end coding (NodeJS, Python)
  • Team-based version control systems (GIT)
  • Front-end frameworks and third-party libraries (such as React, JQuery, Knockout, Bootstrap, etc)
  • Communcation services (REST APIs, Message Brokers, MQTT)
  • Virtualization
  • Docker Containers and modern distributes application deployment
  • Advanced level of english (both reading and writing)
  • Good communication skills

Would be a plus
